We have been learning about co-ordinates, reading maps, compass bearings, directions and using an atlas were north west south east .

On Tuesday afternoon we had the opportunity to partake in orienteering with the Hawkes Bay Orienteering club.  They set up two courses around the school.  

The first course.... (was really funny,easy and every one completed it ).

The second course .... (was had,challenging which tested are map reading skills).
